- All renderings, layouts, plans, and recommendations are conceptual and for planning purposes only
- We are not licensed architects or engineers
- Plans and drawings are not permit-ready and must be reviewed and approved by licensed professionals
- All measurements must be verified by the client, builder, or contractor
- We are not responsible for construction methods, contractor performance, code compliance, scheduling, budgeting, or final outcomes
- Failure to seek appropriate professional review releases Mabel Lane from liability.
