Furnishings & Styling

From the first selection to the final reveal, we curate every element through a heritage-driven lens, ensuring the thoughtful layering of furniture, lighting, textiles, and artwork feels both approachable and personal.
This comprehensive offering serves as the perfect conclusion to a renovation or as a standalone project and can include bespoke cabinetry or built-in design for areas requiring a custom touch. Home Building & Renovation is a Complex Undertaking
This is why we help you navigate the hundreds of project decisions to make the process more enjoyable from start to finish. Our studio prioritizes communication, kindness, and collaboration to support a respectful partnership with our clients and their builders as we create a lasting foundation for your family to grow and gather.
Our Design Process
Our partnership begins with an introductory call to get to know you and your project goals. After our conversation, we will provide an estimated budget range for our design services. If you are comfortable with this estimate, we will schedule an in-person site visit to walk your space together and verify existing conditions. This walkthrough allows us to finalize your design fee and provides clarity before any design work or financial commitment begins.
*All in-person site visits require a one-time fee, which is applied toward your final design agreement upon signing.
Once we receive your signed agreement and deposit, we schedule our initial kickoff meeting to establish the creative direction for your home. Following our meeting, we document the project site with detailed measurements and photos, then begin the design process by creating drawings, elevations, and sourcing materials and furnishings. For new construction and renovation projects, we also work closely with your architect or build team to ensure every technical design detail is just right.
This phase culminates in a Final Design Presentation, where we present the entire vision together so you can fully visualize your home.
Following your Final Design Presentation, you will approve the products and materials you are ready to purchase. Once selections are finalized, our studio takes care of the rest—managing the full scope of ordering and procurement, tracking every piece, and overseeing delivery logistics. Throughout construction and renovation, we remain closely involved to coordinate with your construction team and monitor the project’s progress, helping to maintain the original design intent until your home is ready for the final layer.
When construction is complete, we coordinate delivery where all furnishings and accessories are installed for a magazine-worthy finish. Following installation day, we will conduct a final walkthrough to review your completed spaces and provide any necessary next steps, leaving you to love and enjoy your brand-new home.
