Discovery

The Discovery Phase is the foundation of our work and allows us to understand your project while confirming alignment on scope, timing, and investment.

During this phase, we review existing project information, walk through our design process, and answer questions about working together. Following these discussions, you will receive a detailed project proposal outlining the recommended scope of work and estimated design fees.

Design Development

Design Development is where planning and vision are translated into a clear interior direction. During this phase, we review and refine interior layouts, evaluate architectural details, and establish the material and finish framework for the project.

Decisions are guided by how the home will be lived in and are developed with intention to allow key elements including cabinetry, materials and finishes, fixtures, lighting, and furnishings to be specified before construction progresses.

Procurement & Design Coordination

Once design decisions are approved, we handle the procurement and coordination of interior selections to support a smooth and well-organized process.

This includes ordering approved items, tracking lead times, and coordinating with vendors to ensure selections align with the established design direction. As the project progresses, we remain involved to provide design clarification, answer interior-related questions, and support your builder and trades in carrying out the design as intended.
